DELIVERY

please allow 1-3 days for your order to be delivered excluding weekends. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout once delivery address is updated. 

Delivery times may vary due to busy periods. 

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

we also offer a Next day delivery for more urgent orders. Place your order before 2pm uk time for your order to be dispatched the same day for you to receive the next working day.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

we offer international delivery for all out customers who wish to purchase our Products outside of the uk. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons all our products are non returnable. 
contact Lenses are all quality checked before sending.  We can only accept returns for lenses that are found to be factory defective. If on a rare occasion they are to be defective you will be required to contact us via email. We will then arrange a return if we find it is factory defective.

once we receive the Lenses The manufacturer will inspect each lens for protein deposits, which can indicate usage.Lenses with scratches or tears may not be eligible for replacement.
